Walk Alongside Yourself – Compassionate Psychotherapy for Your Journey

About Hannah Walker Therapy Services
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, OCD, and other chronic mental health concerns. Since 2019, I have practiced as a relational, humanistic therapist, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important parts of the healing process. One of the bravest things we can do is allow someone to witness our inner world, and I am here to walk alongside you on your path home to yourself.
I tailor my therapeutic approach uniquely for each client, integrating evidence-based interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic exploration, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and EMDR. Whether you seek brief supportive counseling during a difficult life moment, help managing chronic mental health concerns, processing painful past experiences, or a deeper understanding of yourself, we can work together to enrich your quality of life and foster meaningful change.
